The easiest way to request a repeat prescription is via the NHS app.
Please allow 48 hours for your medication to be ready at your chosen chemist.

A GP will review your request – they may ask further questions or request a GP appointment to discuss things further.
How do I...Book a medication review?
Patients are usually invited for their medication review by the practice when they are due.
If you have a query or wish to arrange a medication review and have not been invited please contact reception.
We will review your records to ensure you are invited in for monitoring blood tests/BP check where appropriate prior to your medication review appointment.
Medication review appointments are carried out by our pharmacy teams. We have a Clinical Pharmacist working within the practice and we work with Pharmacists across our Primary Care Network – please be aware of this when making an appointment.
