We will be happy to provide regular prescriptions by computer for those patients on permanent treatment. They can be ordered in the following ways:
- In person/by post – drop your repeat slip in to reception or post it to us with a stamped addressed envelope.
- Online – register for our online services and order via the link at the top of this page.
- Via a chemist - if required, prescriptions may be sent to, or collected by a local pharmacy of your choice.
- E-Mail the surgery - firstname.lastname@example.org
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow three full days,(72 working hours) for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
