**Important update**

We are pleased to announce we will be going live with a new telephone system on Tuesday 28th July, This will enable more of our staff to answer your calls. When you call you will be greeted with options, for example Secretary line, prescriptions line, so that you can get through to the correct department first time, enabling a much better telephone experience when you call. We will be sending texts to all our patients with mobile telephone numbers, and letters to those who do not.
